Breads, Rolls & Pinwheels
We freshly mill our whole wheat flour on site daily, and we use unbleached and unbromated white flour. We make our products each day from scratch, in small batches, using whole ingredients with names you can read!
Honey Whole Wheat and Farmhouse White contain only 5 ingredients!
Freshly milled whole wheat flour or unbleached and unbromated white flour, filtered water, honey, yeast and salt.
Farmhouse Cinnamon Swirl is made with our Farmhouse White dough. We roll it up with cinnamon and sugar, and bake it on a sheet pan. This loaf is dairy free, and has a softer texture.
Cinnamon Swirl is made with a mix of whole wheat flour and white flour. Butter is brushed onto the dough before the cinnamon and sugar is sprinkled on. The loaf is cooked in a bread pan, so it looks like a loaf of bread. We also make our Cinnamon Rolls with it.
Dakota is our honey whole wheat with pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds, plus millet mixed in. We then top the loaf with sunflower seeds. This is a great bread for toast and sandwiches.
High "5" Fiber is made with our whole wheat flour, plus it has sunflower and flax seeds, wheat and oat bran, along with millet. We often bake it with dried fruits, such as cranberries or apricots, for a delightful breakfast bread.
Organic Spelt is made with organic whole grain spelt flour. This bread has a lighter density than our Honey Whole Wheat, with a slightly nutty flavor.
Cinnamon Chip is made with a mix of whole wheat and white flour, plus cinnamon chips. The cinnamon chips give the bread a great cinnamon flavor, and allow the bread to be toasted. We also use the Cinnamon Chip dough to make Cinnamon Rolls and Pull-Aparts. The Pull-Aparts are similar to old fashioned monkey bread, and continue to be a favorite with families.
Hi Pro-Low Carb is made with our whole wheat flour, but we add in tofu and egg. We offer our whole grain version, Raisin Walnut, and our Country Crunch version with millet, pecans, flax and sunflower seeds. The Hi Pro-Low Carb breads are popular with our customers who are watching their sugars and carbohydrates.
Sourdough is baked fresh on Wednesday and Saturday each week. On Wednesday, we also include our 3 Cheese or Rosemary Garlic Sourdough. Saturdays, we add in our Multi-Grain Sourdough. We make long traditional loaves, as well as rounds, which can be sliced.
Breakfast Blast & Apple Blast are made with a mix of whole wheat and white flour, plus cinnamon chips and oats. Breakfast Blast has dates mixed in, whereas Apple Blast has apples. Both of these breads make great toast, but make a tasty chicken salad sandwich too.
Buckwheat Gluten Gone is made each Thursday. We use rice and tapioca flours, along with ground buckwheat and flax. We offer the plain loaf, plus a Cinnamon Chip loaf. We also make Gluten Gone Muffins each Thursday. Then, every day we have our Gluten Gone Bars, 2 flavors with all natural peanut butter, and an almond butter bar too.
Challah is a traditional Jewish bread, but many customers enjoy the soft texture of this bread from the addition of eggs. We make a traditional long braid, a braided loaf and a smooth top loaf (both of which can be sliced), plus rolls.
Pepperoni & Pepperoni Pizza Rolls are made with our Farmhouse White dough. The Pepperoni Roll has a bit of olive oil and garlic, where the Pizza Roll has marinara sauce. Both then have a generous layer of pepperoni topped with mozzarella cheese. The rolls are fully cooked, so you can slice and eat them.
Pinwheels come in a variety of flavors. Our Spinach Pinwheels are made with our Honey Whole Wheat, spinach, sweet red peppers and mozzarella cheese. The Bacon & Cheddar Pinwheels are made with our Farmhouse White, bacon and cheddar cheese. Also, our 5 Cheese Pinwheels are made with Farmhouse White, but are filled with a generous mix of 5 cheeses. We mix in other savory flavors, but you can pre-order your favorite version any time.
