11/14/2025 UPDATE:
Great news! Our oven finished repairs last night and everything is working again. We are spending today deep cleaning the shop, so we will remain closed today and reopen tomorrow. We can't wait to be back!

11/07/2025 UPDATE:

Our oven ran into another issue during production today, so we will not be baking tomorrow (Saturday, 11/08/2025).

We will be here in the morning Saturday serving coffee and selling any breads we have left from production this morning. We will likely be closed early next week while repairs are made. We are also taking this time to have our mill and stones dressed to keep our fresh whole wheat flour at its best. 

With the holidays coming up, we want to make sure our bakery is operating as smoothly as possible. We SO greatly appreciate every single one of our customers and hope to see you once we are back to baking. Please check back to this page or our Instagram for updates over the next few days.
