We want to take a moment to write and let you know how much we appreciate your loyalty through these difficult times. We are so grateful for your business while we navigate through our constantly changing environment and regulations.
For those of you who are unsure about how we have adapted to our current world, we want to let you know what options are available to you so that you feel most comfortable and safe buying bread from us.
As from the beginning of the pandemic, you have the option of a totally contactless purchase by calling the store, placing your order, paying by phone with a credit card, and calling upon arrival so that we can deliver your purchase to your car. You can find our baking schedule online as well as weekly specials sent to you in our weekly emails.
You also have the option of making your purchase in store. In the store, you will find plastic separating the customer area from the employees behind the counter, for an extra layer of protection. The dine-in tables have been removed so there is more space for customers to browse while distancing. There are markings on the floor indicating 6 foot separations. All staff are wearing masks and use gloves to prevent direct contact with food. We disinfect throughout the day, and as always, hand sanitizer is available.
There is packaged bread available on self-serve racks, as well as bread behind the counter that has not yet been bagged up. We are still serving coffee. We will fix it for you to order, so that there are no common-touch containers that would spread germs. We still have our outdoor tables (more than 6 feet apart) for those of you who miss the dine-out feeling.
We have found that over 99% of our customers are happy to respect the distance markers and wear masks. Now that masks are mandatory, we will be enforcing this ordinance by providing a disposable mask for anyone who enters without one. We will no longer serve anyone without a proper face covering. You are always welcome to order from your car and take advantage of curbside service. We are dedicated to making our customers feel safe and providing an enjoyable experience.
